  PIRATES OF THE

    CARRABELLEAN -

    The Treasure of

    Gullet's Cove

This year’s theme of “Pirates of the Carrabellean -The Treasure of Gullet's Cove" will focus on the culinary delights of the area as the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival initiates a new attraction at the 24th Annual Festival.  The new "Home-style" food court aptly named "Gullet's Cove" will feature fresh seafood caught and prepared by local buccaneers and scallywags. Indeed, Carrabelle's hometown hospitality and deep fried talent will be at full speed ahead at this year's festival.  Come grab a bite of treasures from the sea and support our local organizations.

CARRABELLE’S FISHY FASHION SHOW

Returning to grace this year’s riverfront festival at the Carrabelle Wharf pavilion are the fabulous models of Carrabelle Riverfront Festival’s Fishy Fashion Show. Each year the outrageous DOs and DO KNOTs of coastal couture are revealed with festive flair as Joan Matey of Lanark and Jan Neshat of crawfordville present the annual Fishy Fashion Show collection. Show time is Saturday at 2:00 PM at Main Stage.

PROCESSION OF THE SPECIES

Also returning to the festival as a headline event, Carrabelle’s home-town version of the wildly popular Procession of the Species will highlight the wild and wonderful denizens of the forgotten coast.  Carrabelle’s Procession of the Species is an annual springtime march and symbolic retreat to the pine trees and swamps of the Panhandle’s Forgotten Coast.  The procession begins at 1PM on Sat from the Main Stage.

THE CREW OF THE SALTY BARKERS "PET"-ACULAR

Not to be out done, the four legged friends will be prancing the catwalk in this year’s Pet show and Contest.  “Pet”-a-cured and pampered, full of fluff and flair, our beloved family friends are prancing for their less fortunate kin.  Stop by the Humane Society’s booth and adopt one of our “forgotten” friends and provide a warm and loving home.  The show begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday from the Main Stage.
