Since 1976 Aiken’s Makin’ has grown from a mere 50 to 200 vendors. Vendors show everything from pottery, wood crafts, furniture, baskets, stained glass, quilts, clothing, needlecrafts, toys, jewelry, ceramics, art and many other items. The one prerequisite is that all items must be handmade by the seller. Food has also become a staple at the event. Aiken's Makin' draws quite a crowd during the two-day event. Attendance is estimated to be 25,000 to 30,000 people in our parkways over the course of the two-day event.

If you have a unique craft or food item, you should really consider applying to this show. Aiken’s Makin’ is celebrating 45 years and is on the cutting edge of what is new or hot in the industry. As a juried show, past participation does not guarantee you a returning spot giving first-time applicants an even playing field with the veteran applicant. Some categories that are seeking new applicants are the stained glass and pottery crafters as well as food vendors.
Aiken’s Makin’ offers something for everyone! We hope to see you there as a vendor or shopper. Visit Aiken for the day or the weekend.
