This exciting event is run by the nonprofit organization, the Augustoberfest Charitable Foundation. The Augustoberfest Committee is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Should the event take place in August, we will follow state regulations and implement CDC guidelines for the safety of our patrons. This may result in a limited event this year. 	Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival - 43rd Annual Fairborn, OH - Community Park Show Dates: 8/16/2025 to 8/17/2025 www.fairbornsweetcornfestival.org The 43rd Annual Fairborn Sweet Corn Festival will be held at Community Park, 691 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio. This is a family-oriented event. There will be approximately 130 handmade arts and crafts booths and food vendors. You can enjoy the favorites such as steamed cooked sweet corn, BBQ chicken, pork chop sandwiches, a variety of other offerings and fresh cut watermelon. There will be art and crafts for everyone including candles, wood items, jewelry, quilts, clothing, honey and salsa. There will be community service information booths as well. All day both days, there are activities for children such as pony rides and train rides. A corn eating contest is also planned with the City of Fairborn vs Wright Patterson AFB on Saturday at 1PM at the Information tent! There will be free entertainment both days in the Festival Music Pavilion area. Parking and admission are also free.

Company History Northcoast Promotions, Inc. began working with organizations in the Greater Cleveland area in 2004 to help organize their art shows, outdoor festivals and local craft shows. That first year, we helped organize six shows. In 2009, we had 20 individual events, with the Friday with the Artist series running every Friday May-October that year at Tower City. This brought our events to 44 shows that year. In 2010, when counting our weekly events individually, we have grown to 95 events for the year! We have other events still pending and continue to grow. Our events vary from one day shows to week long events. To participate in our shows as an exhibitor, fees range from $20.00 to $300.00, depending upon the show. For our event patrons, most of our events are free and open to the public. Sometimes events hosted by another organization will have admittance fees attached. Please inquire if you have any questions. Visitors to our shows should feel free to contact us for a listing of participants for a particular show ahead of time, or if you are looking for an exhibitor from one of our past shows, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to pass your contact information along to the exhibitor directly. For our exhibitors, we will be available to answer any questions you may have before an event. We will send you the agreement, confirmations, maps, flyers etc. On the day(s) of the event, our trained staff is on hand from set up through tear down to assist you. Some of our craft shows are handmade only, others are open to home party consultants. For our art shows, the concepts and execution must be original work, no kits. Exhibitors, please be sure to read the information about each show carefully to be sure you are applying to the show that fits your talents.
